What's your refund policy?
Generally, we do not offer refunds as we operate on the principal of sustainability with our made-to-order store. However, If you received the wrong product or the product was received damaged, please email contact@vibe2k.com and we will be happy to help make it right. Please refer to our full refund policy here.

How long are shipping times?
Approximately 2 to 6 business days for US orders and 5 to 15 days for International orders after the order is fulfilled.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
Most of our shirts are baby tees, meaning they fit a bit smaller than your regular old tees (think of it as a "shrunken" women's shirt). Please refer to the size chart next to shirt you want to buy!

I received the wrong item in my order, what do I do?
Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item we sent you to contact@vibe2k.com. We will immediately send you the correct item with a prepaid return label so that you can return the incorrect item.

I want to change/cancel my order, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we can't edit an order once it's been placed. However, we can try to cancel it before it is shipped. Please email your order number to contact@vibe2k.com to see if we are able to cancel your order.

What's the best way to wash the shirts?
For the best care, we recommend machine washing on delicate setting and tumble dry or hang dry.
