Refund policy

VIBE2K has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a product. In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to VIBE2K via email at support@vibe2k.com within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Wrong size? We’ll send the right one. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery. Limited to one size exchange per order. Customer may be charged a shipping fee.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? Tell us within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps) and we’ll reship or refund.

Anything else? We’re real people, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
