Refund policy

VIBE2K will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a product unless you received the wrong product or the product was received damaged.

VIBE2K has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a product. In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to VIBE2K via email at contact@vibe2k.com within 30 days of delivery.

Further, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
